Terms of use

These terms cover using BelowBIN and buying a membership. By using the site, or paying for a membership, you agree to them. “We” and “us” means BelowBIN.

What BelowBIN is

BelowBIN shows FC 27 Ultimate Team player cards that we've seen listed on the transfer market below their market value, with the price, the value and the profit after EA's tax. We don't buy, sell or hold cards or coins, and we don't log in to your EA account. You buy any card yourself, in FC 27. The one exception is Autopilot, if you choose it: then we trade on the accounts you give us.

BelowBIN is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to EA SPORTS or Electronic Arts. How you use the transfer market is up to you and subject to EA's own rules.

The numbers are a guide, not a promise

A card's value is its going price when we found the listing. Prices move, so check the current price before you buy.
Deals go fast. A listing may already be gone by the time you see it.
We only find deals while we're monitoring the market, usually from the morning to the evening, UK time, depending on how busy it is. We don't promise any number of deals, amount of profit, or monitoring hours.

Memberships

A membership is one payment for 7, 30 or 90 days. Nothing renews by itself.
It's linked to the Discord account you log in with, and starts once your payment is confirmed.
It starts straight away, so the 14-day right to cancel ends once it has started. See the refund policy.
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown before you pay.

One person per membership

A membership is for you alone. You may not:

share your login or membership with anyone else;
copy, repost or resell our deals, in other Discord servers, groups, channels, tools or anywhere else;
use scripts, bots or scrapers to pull deals or data from the site, or try to get around its limits.

Deals are only worth something while few people have them, and that's what members pay for. If we find a membership being shared or deals being reposted, we can end it straight away, with no refund. Each member's copy of the deals is marked so leaks can be traced to an account. You can have the site open on a few of your own devices at once.

Autopilot

Autopilot is a separate service: we run your FC 27 accounts on our trading software, which looks for cards listed below value, buys them and lists them again on your account. Before you pay you tick each of these points, and we keep a record of when you did:

Autopilot uses automated software to trade on my account. I know this breaks EA's User Agreement, and that EA can take coins and items, block the transfer market or ban the account for good.
BelowBIN isn't responsible if EA restricts or bans my account. There's no refund for a ban, or for coins, items, profit or time lost.
No profit is promised. What it makes depends on the market and the coins on the account.
The account is mine and I'm allowed to give BelowBIN access to it.
Coins and items stay on my account. BelowBIN never sends them anywhere.
BelowBIN decides when my account runs and what it buys and sells. While it runs I can't play Ultimate Team on it, on any device.
If I switch SBCs on, BelowBIN may spend coins and hand in club players on SBCs, except the ones I protect. Players handed in are gone for good.
BelowBIN can stop running an account at any time.
My login is kept encrypted and deleted when I remove the account, or 7 days after my paid time ends. I'll change my password and authenticator afterwards.

A plan is one payment for a number of accounts for 30 days, by PayPal, Revolut or crypto (not by card). Nothing renews by itself, and it starts straight away, so it can't be refunded once it has started.
A ban, a restriction or a lost item doesn't extend or refund your plan. The account's slot is free again for another of your accounts for the rest of your time.
Only add accounts that are yours. We can refuse or remove an account, and stop running it, at any time.
Logins are kept encrypted and only our trading software can open them. They're deleted when you remove the account, or 7 days after your plan ends. Our team will never ask for a login in a Discord message.

We recommend PenguBOT, a trading bot sold and supported by PenguStore. Links to it are partner links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them. We don't run it and aren't responsible for it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BelowBIN running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Changes don't affect a membership you've already paid for, except where the law or safety requires it.

Liability

BelowBIN is provided as it is. We're not responsible for trades you make, coins you spend or lose, or anything EA does to your account, including accounts on Autopilot. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
